At first I receive a faulty one , got in touch with customer support , arrange exchange with Amazon and in 48h the issue was sort Really impress of the great technical support The router is work perfectly .. I use only in 4G and living in a Rural area , now ,finally, I have a decent WiFi signal ... happy ????
